The 1st Region Chest is located very close to the entrance of the Miasma region in Savathun’s Throne World, here you can reach using the landing spot near Fynch in Quagmire and summoning there.
When entering Miasma you should move ahead and continue the path until you enter a small area surrounded by ruins, which is the 1st form of landscape found in this zone.
For the chest go inside the cave towards your left, underneath the rubble of ruins. You just follow the path within the cave and find the first Region Chest.
Chest 2: Miasma Regional Chest Location

The second chest is in a very vast, circular, silo-like building on the right side of the previous chest. This building is partly destroyed and reduced to debris, however, the Region Chest is found up higher than, and you have to jump many times to reach the bottom.
You have to climb the center of the structure and head on 1st ledge finding your way to the top. From here you can see one of Destiny 2’s Deepsight locations on top of the structure close to that is the Region Chest.
From there, you have to keep rising within the general direction of the chest, which can finally show up after you reach the highest floor of the building.
Once you finally realize and open the chest, jump right down to the bottom of the building for the next one.
Chest 3: Miasma Regional Chest Location

On your left side, you can notice a similar building, behind there is a garden wall that you can use as a springboard to get on top of the building. Then you are pretty close to the ledge to jump across.
